He holds advanced black belt ranks across multiple disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Aikido—reflecting a lifetime devoted to study, refinement, and mastery.

A proven competitor and champion, Roy has succeeded at the highest levels of competition, and his students have gone even farther.
