BYRON’S STORY

Byron is a second degree Black Belt in BJJ from Professor Roy Dean and is an official RDA Affiliate.

He is the owner/director of HIGS Performance Academy, a cutting edge Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, parkour, and fitness facility. 

Programs at HIGS blend learning new skills, practical application of techniques, and efficiency of movement. BJJ, Functional Fitness, Ladies Boxing Fitness, Mixed Martial Arts, Next Level Fitness, and an open obstacle course are all offered.
