IN BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Roy Harris has been immersed in martial arts since 1981, completing hands-on training in 27 styles under the guidance of 51 instructors. As a Coral Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (the second non-Brazilian to ever reach Coral Belt) and holder of multiple other black belts and instructor certifications, he brings decades of expertise to the mat.

With a teaching portfolio that includes 800 seminars across 24 countries, he has taught a diverse array of students, including politicians, CEOs, Navy SEALs, professional MMA fighters, physicians, military and law enforcement groups, sororities, NFL players, and more.

Honored with induction into the Masters Hall of Fame in 2007, his contributions to the martial arts has been recognized in magazines, newspapers, radio shows, podcasts, and even a syndicated television show, Don’t Be A Target: A Television Guide to Crime Prevention.

Professor Harris’s journey in martial arts continues to inspire and empower individuals worldwide.
